Code of Conduct

UnionAID is a member of the Council for International Development (CID) and is a signatory to the CID Code of Conduct. The Code requires members to meet high standards of corporate governance, public accountability and financial management. Complaints relating to alleged breaches of the Code of Conduct by any signatory agency can be made to the CID Code of Conduct Committee.

Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint to UnionAID please send an email to admin@unionaid.org.nz  addressed to either the Executive Officer or the Chair of Trustees.

Please ensure that the email complaint includes your name and contact details, description of the complaint and a suggested solution. 

The complaint will be acknowledged within 5 days and the responsible officer will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 days and in accordance with the following UnionAID Complaints Policy:
