Our Stories

Rangsit riders unite under one union

A brand new union has been formed by nine Riders who risk their lives daily in the industrial city of Rangsit north of Bangkok. Riding on motorbikes they deliver food and other items to worksites and households. After attending seminars and study groups run by the Rangsit Labour Union Group (RLUG) under our recent UnionAID funded project, the Riders have been campaigning energetically, demanding the same protections in law as other workers.

UnionAID supports democratic, worker-led organisations that help empower working people to improve their work and livelihoods through collective action.
