Myanmar; victory in sight for democracy?

An expert assessment of whether either a military victory by the anti-military forces, or a negotiated settlement with the junta, will restore democratic government to Myanmar.
Steve Marshall has spent 14 years in Yangon with the International Labour Organization and from 2016 – 22 as the New Zealand Ambassador to Myanmar.
