Enthusiastic Young Leaders Meet Online

Ten young leaders from Mindanao and Indonesia respectively have started their sustainable development course and met one another online for the first time. As with other years, participants are from different places, ethnicities, and civil society work, including a labour rights activist from Mindanao and an educator supporting migrant workers and refugees in Indonesia.

Thanks to Programme Managers, Alexandra Hill and Caroline Novak, successful online learning last year meant there was no shortage of applicants for the 2022 intakes. We expect to meet both the 2021 and 2022 participants in person when they come here to complete the Young Leaders Programme next year.
