Be part of something special – Host an Indonesian Young Leader
Living with a New Zealand family has had unexpected positive outcomes for students attending the MYLP in Wellington. Strong bonds are forged with families who learn about Myanmar culture, and students have learnt about the benefits of more equal domestic arrangements.
UnionAID is looking for people who will provide a warm and supportive home for one (or two) Indonesian students for six months from June to December (exact dates to be confirmed). Students are likely to be aged between 25-30 and will be attending a full time programme at AUT. The programme is fully funded by MFAT and there is a weekly payment for hosting.
